What do I do if I want to cancel my booking?
Advance products have a no cancellation or amendment policy and as such no refunds will be given for these products. Please refer to our terms and conditions.

What is a Refund Notice Period?
All services: 72 Hours notice prior to departure must be given. Unless you purchased the Cancelllation Cover. Any clients booking where they have not complied with on screen booking requirements (e.g. phone for availability etc.) and who have been unable to park will not be subject to a refund. Booking Fees and MMS charges are non-refundable. No refund is available for unused part stays. Please refer to our terms and conditions.

How do I get from the car park to the Airport and back again?
Most of the car parks have a courtesy shuttle available to clients to take you to and from the airport. This is usually a free service integrated in the price of your booking. The car park will give you a telephone number to ring on your return.

What time should I arrive at the car park?
Please check your flight details and allow enough time to arrive prior to check in.

Why pre-book?
Our prices are up to cheaper than the gate price so you will make a huge saving by booking in advance. You also have the peace of mind that a space is reserved for you to make sure the start of your holiday runs smoothly.

Can I pay on arrival?
As Monster Parking is a pre-booking agency, all customers are required to pay in advance for their airport parking.

I need to change my car details.
If you have booked Meet and Greet or a car park that uses ANPR (check the arrival procedure on your confirmation) then please contact us with the correct vehicle details and we will change this for you. If you have booked a park and ride then advise the car park on arrival.

What do I do once I have booked?
Once a payment has been taken, the screen will tell you that your booking has been successful and that you are to click on the link and print off your confirmation and present it at the car park - this is the most important part of the booking process as it helps us make sure you have everything you need to ensure a smooth start to your trip.

What does Gate price mean?
Gate price is the term used to mean paying on arrival or on-site, these prices are from 10% to as much as 60% higher than the pre-booked price online.

What is on-airport car parking?
The car park is situated within the airport perimeter. On-airport car parking is usually the closest service to the terminal, with the shortest transfer times.

What is off-airport car parking?
Off-airport car parking are services that operate outside of the airport perimiter and are generally nothing to do with the airport. A shuttle bus is required to take you to the airport terminal.

I have not received an email confirmation
Please check the junk/spam folder in case the email has arrived in this folder. If you have a Gmail or Googlemail account please check the Promotions Tab as our confirmations tend to arrive here. If you still cannot see the email log on to your account and request a copy confirmation.

How long does it take to get to the airport from the car park?
Please check the More Info on the quote page or your booking confirmation if you have already booked.
